Recruiting Process

Phone Conversations

The first step after screening your CV consists of a brief 30-minute phone call where we want to tell you a little more about us and give you a first chance to tell us something about yourself. We typically want to explore some of your previous experience that we believe might allow you to blossom here at Nodus Medical – don’t be surprised if we ask you to dig deep as we want to understand how you might fit in!

Home Assignment

The next step of our recruiting process is the preparation of a short piece of work relevant to the role you’re applying to – a few lines of code, a short piece of content, or a brief presentation. This will allow us to understand your thought process and approach to issues that might appear in our day-to-day work.

You’ve impressed us with your application and during our phone call, so we want to get to you know you even better! As part of the in-person portion of our recruiting process you will meet some of our employees. They will conduct 45- to 60-minute interviews with you where we like to hear about your experiences – accomplishments and challenges alike – to discover skills that will enable you to be successful at Nodus Medical. Come prepared to discuss some important experiences in a detailed way, focusing on your specific role and describing the key actions that were critical to success.

Problem Solving Test

As the final part of our recruiting process you will be asked to take a brief 30-minute problem solving test at our office. This test is a multiple-choice test focused on your problem solving skills that will demonstrate your analytical skills and is used as a complement to our interviews. It consists of 15 questions and does not require any specific background know-how.
